- Rebalanced a few minors that were hit too hard by the overall income nerf. These factions include: Nova Carthago, Persia, Media and Sardes. These factions should now have income that is more in line with their respective power/stature.

- Updated mod for Patch 15.

- Remade from scratch due to the new database locations & references made by CA.

- Tuned balance to be in accordance with the new patches balance.
