Report a translation problem
i expect is does not as para belleum is an overhaul mod, but you never know with mods
realisticly my fallout 4 and new vegas should not even start let alone be playable but they are.
There are other mods on the workshop that do the same thing in various ways, so you could try those aswell :)
Having briefly looked at the other mods description they should work fine together. Mine is an economical rebalance whereas the other mod uses scripting to make it almost impossible for major factions to lose battles against the minors. It depends on which solution you'd prefer. I reckon my mod still leaves possibility for upstart minors to succeed if they are lucky whereas the other one is more punishing towards the minors. You can use one or the other, or both. Shouldn't be a problem :)
