MILITARY:
- Moved Aircraft Armor Plates into *“Aircraft Construction”* technology.
- All templates gained upon completing research (mountaineer division template gained from the mountaineers research for example) have been adjusted to fit our rules. So 10w and no space marines.
- Fixed tank images not properly showing, due to R56 changing the texture file names.

FORMABLES:
- Removed many double formables (If u find focus-related bugs please report it in #bug-reports)
- Improved some slightly (some made easier to achieve,some require special steps)
- Reworked Hide/Show Formables for both RT56/Vanilla/Mod
- Added custom icons to all formables
- AI will now actually do formables since they have been disabled in the past (My bad forgot to remove it)

OTHER:
- “Disable Axis Armor Pack” mission should not be visible if you start the game without the axis armor pack. (No “mission completed” notification.)
- Letter mod is back. Changes include: No more 5 day timer to send letters and a new background. Button is no longer hidden behind the arrow, it's now a normal diplomatic action.
- Force Coring now uses a dynamically calculated amount of Infantry Equipment to core states. The number of guns required to core each state is refreshed once a month..

((state population) / 1000 /1.5) + ((factories in a state) * 150) + ((resources in state) * 30) = infeq
For minors and majors with a claim this value is further divided by 5. Peaceful coring via the tool will use state-based values on a later date.
This heavily weighs the population primarily. If population is not properly weighted, you can core land with nothing on it for cheap. If it is weighted too highly, cores in very densely populated areas such as India and China cost “ridiculous” amounts of guns to core. Currently its about 4ish thousand guns for things in Europe not having industry, and 30k for things in China. Depending on feedback, this may be amended in the future, but there is no good way around the fact that some areas just have metric tons of people.

NATION SPECIFIC:
GER:
- Colonial Leadership Portraits have been added with new characters such as Franz Ritter von Epp, The Kolonialregiung and Theodore Seitz and the Legend Paul Von Lettow-Vorbeck leading their correct regions of administration.
FRA:
- Fixed the improperly moving focuses.
RAJ:
- Fixed advisors not unlocking after completing *“Provincial Elections”* focus.
- Fixed **“Agrarian Economy”**’s 2nd stage sometimes re-appearing while doing reforms.

UPDATE FOR THE RT56RP MAIN MOD

MILITARY:
- Medium Aircraft designer’s buffs were changed. Reliability was useless.
- Volunteer Decisions have been completely reworked.
Dev comment: US has been locked from the decision unless they go Limited-Intervention. All Nations may disband their volunteer corps basically granting back the negatives of what they do.
- Support Companies may now get a bonus for research via spending army xp on them.
- Reworked Purchase Weapons Decisions

FORMABLES:
- Greater Japan is no longer available for Democratic Japan.

OTHER:
- Several (too many to list) nation-specific integration decisions have been buffed.

NATION SPECIFIC:
GER:
- Imperial Colonies in Africa now have correct flags and specific leaders for each colony instead of randomized generics and the original nations flags (Hope you like it 😉
- ”Revive the Treaty of Brest Litovsk” Focus is updated and creates interesting new situation in the east if the Russians accept the peace offer! [This Focus is available both for Monarchist and Fascists]
FRA:
- Removed the ability for France to deny Rhineland-remilitarisation before July 1939. Event still fires, the option to declare war is not available. [Disabled with the Baked In Rules option set to Disabled.]
- Added events to de-escalate France and Germany’s strained relationship.
- The Colonial Blobs now have their own flags [Bit of artist creativity here on them as Simpy had no idea what flag to put there so he made a mix of all of em] And because so many of you complained - Algerian Desert stays with France.
- Added some focuses under the Legitimists monarchy path.
PRC:
- Added some capture ratio to PRC military focuses.
- Coded in Hides for unavailable paths. (Going communist, hides the Fengtian path, as an example.)
- "Prepare for War" Focus will now grant all generals above lvl 2 the trait "Camouflage Expert"
MON:
- Removed check for is in faction with soviet on NKVD in the “Form the Provisional Government” tree
- Changed on map decision to allow Return of Prodi
- Form the Provisional Government - Strong Leader Genden should now work
JAP:
- “Ally the Zaibatsus” buff has been reverted.
- “Sumitomo Rubber” now requires Japan to know how to build rubber refineries.
MAN:
- Locked “Obedience” until Japan finishes either “Support the Kodoha” or “Purge the Kodoha”
- Locked “Assertiveness” until Japan finishes any of the following: “Support the Kodoha”, “Purge the Kodoha”, “The Unthinkable Option” or “Strengthen the Democratic Government”
YUG:
- Reduced the length of some focuses down to 35 days.
- Fixed a bug where the leader trait “Underage Monarch” would not disappear when authoritarian, effectively locking out “The Coronation”.
- Added tooltips to notify when Peter II comes of age.
- The Greater Yugoslavia formable has been replaced with decisions to integrate Bulgaria, claim Albania, and the Thracian coastline.
BUL:
- Removed access to the generic Byzantine Empire, Greater Yugoslavia, and Bulgarian Empire formables.
- Added new “Become Yugoslavia” decision path for Communist/Democratic Bulgaria. This path allows Bulgaria to integrate all of Yugoslavia’s starting cores, including those held by Italy at game-start.
- Added new “Become Byzantium” decision path for Authoritarian/Fascist Bulgaria. This path allows Bulgaria to integrate all Greek, Albanian, and Yugoslav starting cores, including those held by Italy/Britain at game-start.
USA:
- “Arsenal of Democracy”, “The Giant Wakes” and “Wartime Industry” now require Congress support to implement. When at war the required support is lower.
- “Neutrality First” disallows sending of volunteers, including the generic decision; justifying on nations that haven’t caused world tension, and disallows sending lend-lease. To lend lease, one must use the “Lend-Lease Act” focus. To justify on nations that have not caused world tension, you require “Wartime Economy”.
- North America formable replaced by a decision tab to integrate Canada, several Northwest Mexican states; and claim Cuba, as well as more of Mexico.
- New decision tab added for the US to core Canada, some of northwest Mexico, and claim Cuba/Central-Mexico.
CAN:
The Greater Canada formable has been replaced with decisions to integrate the New England States.

BUGFIXING:
- During the adoption of the new demo tree, accidentally removed the unlock for the Japanese space marine division.
- Fixed “Versalles Avenged” and “Triumph Over London” targeting wrong states.

MILITARY:
- Nerfed “Autoloaders”. They now incur a -10% reliability malus as well as a +20% cost malus to tanks.
- Nerfed “Secondary Cannons” further. Increased hardness malus to -10% per module.
- Nerfed “Heavy Machine Gun” further. Increased hardness and armor malus to -5% per module.
- Army doctrine’s costs were changed. First 3 doctrines cost 50xp, the last four 200xp. Overall 25% increase to doctrine cost.
- “Trench Warfare” entrenchment was reduced to 5 from 10.
- “Defense in Depth” entrenchment was reduced to 2,5 from 5.
- Volunteers are now only available by forming a volunteer corp through the decision first - the idea or “National Spirit” has been removed and replaced with an active decision modifier.
- Redid Plane icons (Cosmetic change mostly), implemented old Road to 56 icons for nations that had them, mixed some with vanilla icons. p
R56RP DID NOT make these icons, we merely implemented them. If you like the icons, give R56 devs some love on their discord.

ECONOMY
- Construction Speed bonuses from “Partial Mobilization” “War Economy” and “Total Mobilization” have been removed. This is to stop majors snowballing with military factories late game. [A smaller amount of factories, also means less units which means less lag.] - Subject to change
- “Evacuated Assets” Military Factory amount boosted to 5 from 3.
- “Full Host Reliance” removed the civilian goods penalty. Added a lack of resources penalty nullifier, since you cannot import resources while in exile. [At least in my experience, testing shows it works fine so idfk. Give me a DM if after capitulating you cannot import any resources.]

RESEARCH:
- Moved autoloader into 1942 Electronic Engineering.
- Moved the support company unlocks for flamethrowers into “Flamethrowers” tech.

FORMABLES:
Persia and Ottoman formables now require a percentage of states to be controlled, instead of all states. All of the highlighted states still get cored. [Suggest other massive formables, except continent ones, that should get this rework in #suggestions. Do not suggest small formables like United Baltics and Benelux.]

NATION SPECIFIC:
JAP:
- “Supremacy of Will” and “Supremacy of Technology” require you to finish one of the diplomatic focuses now. This is to avoid rushing “Supremacy of Will” before going
Democratic.
- “Guide / Challenge The Zaibatsus” were buffed to offset the nerf to Mobilization laws. Subject to further change.
GER:
- “Denounce the Versailles Treaty '' time increased to 70 days, Lowered alt-history day paths to 35 days each to incentivize you to play them! They are genuinely very lovely!
FRA:
- Starting French Political Focuses changed from 70 days to 35 days for a quicker ideology pick. Rebalanced times throughout the tree [Yes i’ve been told France is OP. - Rebalancing National Spirits after this patch.]
- Merged French Colonies into bigger blobs for Game stability upon doing decolonization focuses, upon completing Vienot - Syria will no longer go free [Going ultra-alt history for MP performance] and continuing down the tree will create Mega Colonial Administrations [Check Pic below]
