- Engine 3 x2 having stupidly high speed was fixed.

OTHER:
- Added country flags to the game rules host tool country choice option for easier identification
- Host Tool options for majors were coloured yellow in game rules.

NATION SPECIFIC:
GER:
- Adopted new focuses for Monarchist Germany from Road.
- Changed conditions of monarchy advisors to match Road.
JAP:
- Tora Tora Tora! - The entire idea got a buff - It is recommended that no Navy engages the Japanese at that time as their fleet will be much more deadly for 180 days. (Go wild!)
- “Manchurian Project '' will now reduce Low Legitimacy of Manchuria by one tick, instead of giving stability and war support, it's about the same reduction and will allow obedient Manchuria to get rid of low legitimacy in time.
- Reshuffled some focuses to make the Tree easier to look at, Added the “Hokunshin-Ron” idea, as if following the north expansion plan while also giving u bonuses for preparing against the Soviets.
Dev note: This will probably be expanded upon ;P
MAN:
- Added a wargoal on the PRC to “Reclaim the Empire” focus.
YUG:
- Slightly increased focus-times for Pan-Balkan Communist Instigations and added an event warning all players that may be affected by the menacing Yugoslavian actions.

MILITARY:
- Fixed Heavy Fighters appearing as Medium Bombers and crashing the game while deploying to the map.
- Fixed a possible bug, with Medium and Heavy airframes not being allowed lower level armor.
- Removed “Combat Drop” Special Forces buff, replaced with +10% soft attack and +5 org. (Crap was op, paradrop, boom all enemies -50% org. FIFTY PERCENT.)

OTHER:
- Fixed Large Cannon x1 and x2 modules having the same icon.
- Game Rules now allow you to disable specific continents/regions for even better game speed/not having to worry about AI doing crazy crap to you.
- Urbanization decisions will now only target Core states. (modding change mostly)

NATION SPECIFIC:
GER:
- “Volkswagen” focus will not unlock a trait for Opel MIO, reducing truck IC cost by 10% instead of by 15% as a separate idea.
- Fixed missing tooltip for the “A New Reich” focus.
- Cancel and Renew MEFO bills now does not cost PP. Canceling MEFO’s is locked for AI.
CHI:
- “Unify China” warlord AI acceptance chance was modified. Before, the highest achievable chance of “yes” was about 34%. Now if a warlord has done the focus “Cooperation with The Nationalists” it is about 57% highest achievable. “Opposition” and “Cooperation with The Communists” lowers the chance of acceptance.
- Mongol Political Comitte’s acceptance chance of “Unify China” was modified. If MonPol goes independent, or pro japanese they will never accept annexation. If it remains a puppet of RoC via “Accept Chinese Suzerainty” they are more likely to accept annexation.
USA:
- Fixed “Honor the Confederacy” uncoring the entire world for the CSA for whatever reason, now it uncores only CSA cores.
- “Gold Standard” Stability buff was reduced to 5% from 10%, added +0.25pp gain daily.
- Added some traits to Lindbergh and Pelley.
- Added a fascist election event for 1940 and 1944 elections.
- “Adjusted Compensation Act” will now give +0.20pp gain daily until the end of the idea. [ you pay the veterans, seems like it would be a popular thing. ]
- “Extend the Chinese Exclusion Acts” will now target warlords in addition to RoC.
- “Selective Training Act” will provide +5% War Support if above 10% War Support (in addition to it upping WS to 10 if below 10 WS).
- Fixed “Tuskegee Airmen” requiring pre-BBA tech to be unlocked. Will now properly require Improved Small and Medium Airframes
- “Internal Population Migration” event’s mission was moved into congress, to have less clutter. You will see “Sign of The Times” event once then the mission will keep firing in the background, like MEFO’s. Added a 50pp reward for stopping the migration. Set the conditions of finishing the mission to be visible.
- Moved “Passed a new Civil Rights Act” decision into Congress decisions. Decisions to combat Jim Crow will not appear in the decisions tab, but on map only, same to how coring and urbanization decisions work.
- “Union Representation Act”’s -10% stability penalty was fixed. It was impossible to incur the penalty before, now the RepAct can be done on Medium Congress support (Required High to do the focus previously), at the cost of -10% stability. At High support , no stability penalty will incur (tooltip will indicate this).
- Added a truckload of new tooltips for USA to indicate if a focus effect or its requirement is affected by certain things.
MAN:
- “Move the Capital” focus will transfer Beijing to Manchuria, if held by an ally or subject.
- “Claim the Mandate of Heaven” will annex any Chinese subjects Manchuria has.
- Removed “Assert our Authority” (you get wargoals in Vassalisation anyways.)
- Lowered time of “Offer Vassalisation” down to 35 days.
- Adjusted AI’s chance of accepting the vassalisation demand to take into account the focus warlord ai has taken, if China went internal or external stability as well if a warlord is at war with manchuria.
WARLORDS:
- Warlords will now prioritize “Cooperation with the Nationalists”, “Cooperation with the Communists” and “Opposition” then go for industry focuses, instead of previously leaving all of those for a later date and bee-lining for industry.
- Focuses which would remove debuffs will now give 150 PP if no debuff is present to be removed.
- Guanxhi’s “Import German Equipment” will now be subsidies for buying guns from Germany as well as access to the German Market, if Arms Against Tyranny is enabled.

- Re-applied the old Cannon 2 texture to Belt Fed Cannons. New texture is exclusive to the new big guns.
- You can now use MIO’s to research RP-added tech.
- Integrated the “Assign Design Team” button from vanilla to the upgrade screens for equipment other than tanks and air.

RESEARCH:
- Grouped up Arty buffs
- Grouped up Anti-tank buffs
- Grouped up Anti-air buffs
- Grouped up buffs for Mobile Warfare and Mass Assault doctrine.

- Nerfed “Sniper Team”, now it'll provide Recon with a battalion modifier of +10% soft attack to infantry. (recon boosts inf by 10% soft attack if used as support battalion.)
- Nerfed “Flamethrowers”, now it'll provide Engineers with a battalion modifier of +10% breaktrough to leg infantry.
- Buffed SRD’s “Sacrifice” up to -10% consumer goods factor, from -2.5%

- “Reclaim The Empire” will now give claims on RoC cores as well as a wargoal against it, instead of cores.
- “Claim the Mandate of Heaven” now gives cores on all RoC territory and requires RoC and PRC to be dead, capitulated or a subject of Manchuria.
- Manchuria no longer gets access to CAMCO designers. (They have MAMC, they don't even need CAMCO)

MILITARY:
- Fixed a bug locking out Mass Assault Left below Large Front Operations
- First ticks of Special Forces Doctrine no longer give buffs to all Special Forces but only to the tree specific special forces. Marines give buffs to Marines etc.

RESEARCH:
- Grouped up unit buffs in the Infantry Research Tab. Overall buffs should remain the same, except for mechanized, which got a +2.5% buff and motorized which was nerfed by -2.5% soft attack respectively on higher level research, for all motorized and mechanized to receive a 7.5% soft attack buff.

OTHER:
- Increased the cost of “Traditional Roles” up to 100pp
- Reduced the cost of “Total Equality” to 125pp
- Generic Focus Tree’s Industrial Path has been locked off to AI Subjects.
- Swapped all expanded government ideas to use list view, like road ideas do.
- Nordics get an option to use Vanilla trees.
- Added MIO changes to following focus trees: Hungary, RoC, Manchuria, Japan, Italy, Soviet, USA,Yugoslavia and France.

- Updated Bulgarian ideas up to AAT-esque standard, due to certain non-destructive errors.
USA:
- Moved “The Great Depression” idea into “Financial Course”
JAP:
- Moved “Zaibatsus” into “Nationalization Laws”
GER:
- “SS Auxiliary Police” will now be a new “Law Enforcement” law for Germany after “Redirect Policing Efforts” focus has been completed.
Moved “Nationalize Aviation Industry” into the Air Branch below “Rule The Skies”
- “Support Volksgemeinschaft”, “Establish Volkswagen” and “Establish the Deutsches Arbeitsfront '' ideas will be grouped into one idea. The overall buff is unchanged. Combined Idea’s name will be later changed to something akin to “German Labor Organisation”.
SOV:
- Adopted new consumer goods values for soviet decisions.
POL:
- Poland will no longer be given SEPWE with AAT. The designer was not visible, but the buffs were still applied.
FRA:

AAT Patch-ish

Economy should be under control, a lot of balancing changes ported from road and vanilla. Cannot remember everything that was patched and cannot guarantee stability. Hopefully this will work - Warlider

MILITARY:
- Updated support equipment to AAT values, should work in vanilla.
- Adopted vanilla agility values for a lot of planes,
- Adopted reliability, armor and speed changes for tank hulls.
- Adopted vanilla upgrade levels for tanks.
- Migrated air speed from engines to plane chassis’, using vanilla values.
- Small Airframe’s agility was nerfed, following vanilla’s example.
- Medium and Large frames have been buffed in places to match vanilla counterparts, overperforming medium and heavy frames' agility remains unchanged.
- Plane costs and old modules have remained unchanged.
- Air Range remains unchanged.


RESEARCH:
- Adopted the new Air Bombs. AP Bombs are in the same tech as bomb locks
- Adopted new Torpedo’s, they are in Ship Torpedo Tech research.
- Big Cannons are not adopted, seem redundant might change in future.
- Ported in the 1942 light tank and the Oscillating Turret. Should work even with the missing texture.
- Swapped the MIO icon to a one with an additional yellow background for easier identification. The dark purple icon seemed to blend in too well. Might revert.
- Aligned MIO icons.

OTHER:
- Economic stuff should use the proper Factor and Base values for Consumer Goods, at least the general stuff. Some stuff is not overridden by us and it will use outdated road values.
- Urbanization decisions PP cost was removed
- MEFO Bills were moved into the War Bonds Government Laws tab.
- Changed the text for "Expected number of factories put on Consumer Goods" to "Consumer Goods Base"

MILITARY:
- Tank Manpower Use has received a rework. Base manpower cost of tank chassis is 1, modified by modules.
One man turret? +1 man. Three man turret? +3 men. Secondary cannon? +2 men. Autoloader? -1 manpower. (and yes, go look at the T-35 in war thunder, secondary turrets WERE 2 man turrets. HMG ones were 1 man turrets .)
- Using the “Anti-Air” tank role will now buff the Air Attack of the designated tank by +20%.
- Modern Tank Turrets received a +20% Soft, +25% Hard and +25% Air attack buff multipliers.
- Infantry now can point their rifles UP. Infantry Equipment gives a negligible amount of Air Attack, 0.1 to 1939, 0.2 to 1945 and 0.3 past 1945 equipment. A 10w with 5 inf battalions gets 0.5 air attack. AA is still much better at dispatching enemy planes, attack to IC and raw attack wise.

FORMABLES:
Please be aware half of these are cringe and are only done for the sake of Unique RP.
- Afghanistan and Pakistan got some love ;)
- Sri Lanka got some love as well
- Filipino Claims to Imperial Legacy (you’ll see what i mean)
- France and all its colony state nations (including releaseables),Tunis,Algeria,Spain,Libya,Greece,Austria,Brazil got some more lovin lovin

OTHER:
- Basic Game Speeds were increased (4x higher speed for 4 speed games.). Should in theory allow for faster games overall, the effect on stability has not been tested in big MP games.
- Timer for people to catch up in MP games has been increased to 1000 days. Will make people with worse internet rubberband, but should not pause games as often.
- New Letter texture thanks to Abbus.
- Letter Mod is now once again a separate button above diplomatic actions. It's a technical impossibility to suppress the popup “X is Writing A Letter” in the Diplomatic Actions tab, so it had to be done this way. (Icon provided by Abbus> )
- New Aircraft Module icons for R56RP additions thanks to Abbus.
- “Capitalism”’s -10% War Support was swapped for -10% Stability.
- Nationalization laws have had their PP modifier removed.

NATION SPECIFIC:
FRA:
- Napoleon VI will now be a low level field marshal, after crowning him.
POL:
- Crowning a Bermontian King no longer ups the points of Poland to 4.

- Self Sealing Fuel Tanks now increase Air Defence by +25%, instead of adding a flat 5, 8 and 10 air defense. (should make the planes squishier and die easier.)

RESEARCH:
- Super-Heavy Turrets were moved into Super Heavy Tank research.
- Modern Turret was moved into Modern Tank research.
- Petrol-Electric Engine and Interleaved Suspension was moved into Engine 1 research.
- Sloped Armor moved into Armor 2.
- Sorted the modules in the Inter War Tank Research.

- Poland is no longer considered a 4 pointer on game start and is a 3 pointer. (sorry aboot that)
- Moved some focuses into the army branch.
- Shuffled around focuses in the industry branch and the military branch.
- Removed one focus that was adding 1x50% army doctrine discount, now “Prepare for the Next War” will give 2x50%. (70 days for 1 50% off? Come on.)
- Added rules into the Focus tree, so that the Polish king “formables” change your points to 4 as they should.
PER:
- Increased industry gains from the industrial focus tree, to bring it up to a 3 pointer standard.
PRC:
- Fixed a certified Warlider fail, where replacing Mao and staying communist would lock you to the fascist tree you cannot do.
COG:
- Fixed a bug where Congo was not using Belgian tank icons, leaving the tanks with blank images.
ITA:
- Alberto Tarchiani can now be properly taken if completed “The Popular Front” and “Common Ground” focuses.
USA:
- Fixed missing localisation for Event 15.

Update for the Road to 56 RP Mod

MILITARY:
- Militia, Irregulars and Garrison battalions are now free to add to templates, done via invisible national spirit applied to all nations. (keep in mind, swapping Infantry to Garrison still costs, unsure why probably hoi4 being quirky.)
Armor Plates module for planes were replaced with a Tank designer style incremental upgrade. (Medium and Heavy airframe slots may be reduced in further updates depending on how broken this change is and the armor value itself may also be adjusted.)

FORMABLES:
- Bunch of additions please find them out yourself. (16 Extra Formables and Many Formables Improved)
If you want more formables please suggest them.
- Please also watch out and report missing formable cosmetic colors or suggest a change as well.
- Sweden,Norway,Iceland and Denmark have received a small addition to their “Foreign Influence Category” They may now claim certain possessions of old via decisions - These decisions may be shown via the Formable Nations Decisions. ( You’ll see what i mean 😉 )

OTHER:
- You now have an in-game cheat sheet for when you can go to war, what is the max amount of faction points for the current year as well as your country points. Max faction points should update on a yearly basis.
- Most formables, chiefly the decision ones, should make you automatically jump to 4 points and use the respective war and alliance dates. Some in-focus formables will not account for this, where you are expected to remember that you are now a 4 pointer. (if this is a massive issue, might add a manual button to bring a player up to 4 points.)
- War Declarations as well as Call Ally To War and Join War are now date locked, to help with following our lengthy ruleset. (War Dec’s unlock when you can go to war via focus wargoal. No way to check via code if a war is declared via focus made wargoal, so you will have to keep this in mind to not rulebreak.) This will kinda make the AI follow the rules, it usually only declares via focuses anyways.
- Cannot Form Factions / Join Factions / Invite to Factions if one of the parties is at war, unless fighting alongside each other.
- Many other QOL improvements - adding descriptions to certain features and more.
- Calculation of Force Coring cost on a monthly basis was disabled. Game will calculate core costs once on game start and leave it as is. This will hopefully be further reworked down the line into a less laggy mess.
- UI Fixed for Renaming Factions

NATION SPECIFIC:
SOV:
- A ton of alt history political focuses, had their time cost reduced since most alt-hist russias are underpowered compared to Stalin hist. This is subject to further change depending how borked Russia will become in MP games.
ITA:
- “Strengthen the Northern Industry” and “Modernize the Mezzogiorno” will now show a tooltip to indicate what designers will be changed, and in what way, after completing one of those focuses and “New Industrialisation Program” (damn north has a ton of companies ngl)
AUS:
- Split “The Old Empire” into two focuses, to work better with the hardcoded rules. [Overall time is unchanged.]
- Hungary will now actually consider rejecting the unification offer when its ai, from “The Old Empire”’s Event.
MAN:
- Fixed the inability to use advisors requiring you to be a subject of Japan. (Imperial Subject is not considered a puppet in code.)
CHI:
- “Improve the NRA” Decision was moved into “Military Affairs”.
- Warlords who are spared will be able to be recruited as advisors. Hiring a warlord might be controversial, so each warlord hired as an advisor will hit RoC with a -5 stability hit.
- China after becoming a Democracy will now hold elections.
- Chinese Democracy has been nerfed. Corruption no longer evaporates because a singular election was held.
PRC:
- “Eliminate Illiteracy” instead of showing an event every 30 days will now be a chain of missions in the decisions tab, automatically lowering the penalty from the “Lack of Skilled Personnel” idea. [Same effect, just less intrusive.]
GER:
-The Pan-Germanism Focus Branch for Imperial Germany has been removed to be reworked and reformed into a much more realistic idea for Imperial Germany, please bear with us.
RAJ:
- Added some goodies to focuses improving the agrarian economy after you reach the max upgrade level for it. (Unsure if those are needed after the economy is reformed, use buff at own risk.)
- Disconnected focuses “Centralize the Court System” and “Issue Land Grants”.
