- Fixed a bug where only machine empires could ban AI.
- Fixed a bug where you could geoengineer habitats.
- Improved Zroni arc site spawning to be more reliable.
- First colony ascension perk can now appear from a hidden event if it doesn't from the normal one.
- Galactic generation should be more consistent in multiplayer games.

- Planetary UI Overhauled
- Enforcer, Soldier, and Custodian Districts moved from Decisions to new District menu.
- Prosperity and Harmony Traditions reworked
- Planetary Prospecting moved to Prosperity Tradition
- Restaurant Megachain, Country Club, and Business Park buildings added to Prosperity
- Galactic Stock Exchange moved to tier 3 of Commercial buildings
- Metascience Labs added to Harmony Tradition
- Ecological Restoration Decision added to Harmony Tradition
- Climate Restoration tech made rare and can be unlocked early with Mastery of Nature Perk
- Mastery of Nature decision now adds a Geoengineered Biome that produces resources and lowers Pollution
- Colonization Tradition now reduces Empire Sprawl and Pop Sprawl by a percentage
- Population Sprawl reduction techs also reduce Pop Sprawl by a percentage
- Policies and Edicts have all been moved to tech unlocks
- Starbase buidings and modules have been tweaked for a cleaner display
- Outposts can no longer receive a module slot
- Base Empire Cohesion has been increased
- AI should handle trade conversions better, and this scaled with difficulty now
- AI no longer spams soldiers
- Many graphical and localization improvements
