HOTFIX

- Galactic Capital specialization no longer makes robots build as quickly.
- Raiding Bombardment reduced to Selective Bombardment damage levels.
- Upgraded commercial buildings no longer destroyed on resort worlds.
- Robots are no longer all materialists.
- Centrism is only appealing to pops who have full citizenship.
- Centrism can gain support.
- Mining Station specialization correctly displays.
- Many more leader traits linked to species traits.

- Population Sprawl calculations now properly cap at 30 (and then reduced by traditions or tech)
- Planetary Specializations correctly appear on non-capital worlds with a Galactic Capital

- Expansion changed to Colonialism and completely reworked.
- Domination changed to Centralization and completely reworked.
- Unity required to unlock traditions doubled.
- Edicts moved from Expansion and Domination to the tech tree.
- Completing your precursor chain now rewards an Ascension Perk.
- Precursor chains more reliably spawn anomolies and systems near you.
- New Starbase Network building added to all starbases.

HOTFIX

- Capital World bonus changed from Crime -30 to Governing Ethics Attraction +50%.
- Ecumenopolis Bonus changed from Pop Growth Speed +50% to Immigration Pull +50%
- Gaia Worlds now have Pop Growth Speed +50%
- Cold worlds give a bonus to mineral production.
- Hot worlds give a bonus to energy production.
- Wet worlds give a bonus to food production.
- Different world types give different combinations of these bonuses. Each one is unique.
- Gaia worlds give a bonus to all of them.
- Terraforming correctly adds the right "Recently Terraformed" modifier.
- Fixed an error in the Mining Guild civic.
