-Glove Update!
=Adds the Winter Soldier's Glove, to both left and right Forearm slots.
=Empty WOTC Deco Slots for XCOM Soldiers (+ Some other empty things) now marked as required.
Not completely necessary (if you have Unrestricted Customization or similar you won't need this), but don't want folks complaining about not having options that are already on the table.

-Tattoo and Camo Update!
=Tattoos can now be applied to the arms from this mod!
=Added the Winter Soldier Star as a tattoo to use (with the above, or with regular arms if you want I guess)
='No Camo' versions are now available for each arm type, too!
=The WOTC Highlander is now required
