can't see anything clear from the logs , very likely to be on my end , it's jst something i noticed and since i can't pin point any incompatibility so far , i'm trying to find any information i can

First I've heard of anyone having this issue with this mod. It's likely something on your end - you may need to check your load order for conflicts (I recommend using XCOM 2's Alternative Mod Launcher!).
This mod's purely cosmetic, so it's very very unlikely to cause any crashing.

Dude I was making my own but it was noooot going the way I wanted it to lol. Thanks, Bucky is probably one of my favorite Marvel characters, and now he's back to being my squad leader.

I'd appreciate that, as well as a quick description of how to re-do the maps. I'm familiar (to an extent) with how to set up the DIF and MSK textures, but may be missing a thing or two. XD

Did you test them in the world, as well, to make sure they look fine outside the Avenger/Character Pool? If so, and it only seems like a visual upgrade, I'd highly appreciate the intel.

Hi there. I'm Barr also known as Escrimator I co-authored the katana mod, knives mod and axe pack with Musashi. I remember suggesting the idea to you in Jensen mod comments section. So glad you made it a reality.

The reason your arm textures look off in the avenger menu is because then alpha channel in your diffuse map isnt being used for your metalness/specular.

I took the liberty of redoing he texture maps for myself and that seemed to do the trick. If you're interested in seeing the results for future reference or even using them let me know and I will pass them to you.

As a quick update:

#1. Not too much progress on camo yet, but good ideas on how to fix it after discovering how to utilize the Highlander. (after seeing how to use the highlander, this frees up some stuff in how to make materials, so I should be able to just take the material I'm using and cut out references to camo)

#2. HUGE progress on tattoos. Practically done.
However, even though I fixed the textures and UVs to accept them, only the Left tattoo works (and it effects both arms, despite me fixing the UVs on the right arms to be on the right side of the texture).

Don't know if y'all want me to release that yet or wait 'till fixed.
(I tried deleting the Right Arm meshes that were in the UPK then importing them fresh, then fixing the archetypes, instead of simply importing+overwriting: but it still refuses to get the right arm tattoo slot. *shrug* Any tips?)

Once that issue is fixed, all arms will be tattoo capable!

I'm cool with an option for all, but that's just me. That way those that want the camo option can still have it.

Actually quite possible, I think. Camo wasn't something that I considered and I only noticed it later when I was playing RPGO with my mod. XD

But yeah, camo effects tintable stuff. I think there's a switch in the mat that turns that off.
Not 100% sure, but think so.

Would y'all want me to just add duplicates of existing arms that disobey camo, or only specific types? Don't want to spam your options lists, but at the same time want to give y'all what you want.

I mean, fair point.
I recently got some intel that may let me get Tattoos working as decals on it, buuuut that would likely break the secondary lights.

So, er, would y'all guys want me to add that in as another arm option so I don't break the existing arms? (i.e. I add a arm w/ tattoo enabled but w/o lights)

No promises, as it may be tricky to get that working, but robojumper pointed me in the right direction.
