- Forward Special reworked. There is no long range vs. short range bodyguard anymore. The body guard now appears only at close range, however with a slightly greater distance from Pomme than before. Grab hitbox has been slightly increased to compensate.

- Additional quality of life changes made to float. It should be easier to instant float while inside of the song field.
- Extended parry stun added to Forward Special, Bodyguard.
- Hitstun reduced on Forward Special, Bodyguard from 1.2 to 1.0.
- Further adjustments made to sfx.
- Fixed a bug in which the timer for Pomme's multidirectional float would fail to deplete when the song field was not in existence.

- Jab1 is no longer untechable. This is to prevent an unintended infinite combo. Instead, Jab1 now forced flinch.

- Forward Air and Forward Strong base knockback lowered.

Fair - 7.75 > 7 (sweetspot) and 3.9 > 3.5 (sourspot)
Fstrong - 9 > 8 (sweetspot) and 4.5 > 4 (sourspot)

- Up Air hitstun increased.

- Neutral Air weak hit lasts 4 frames longer.

- Down Air base knockback slightly decreased.

- Dash Attack connects easier. Additional sfx added on hit.

- Animation tweaks to Forward Air, Forward Strong, Up Air, Neutral Air, and Up Strong.

- Fixed a bug in which during a Pomme ditto, the newest created song field would disappear upon Pomme's death rather than the song field belonging to the Pomme that just died. Similar fix for the music note.

- Fixed a bug in which Pomme could not fast fall after leaving float.

- Down Special nerfed. Pomme can now only create 1 song field per airtime.

- Prat land lowered from 16 to 6.
- Down Air hit box sizes slightly increased. First three hitboxes increased from 42x42 to 45x45. Final hitbox increased from 48x48 to 50x50.
- Float canceling revised. Hitfall landing lag on Neutral Air and Back Air has been increased from 4 to 6.
- Lifetime of Pomme's music note increased from 100 to 120.

Thoughts on these changes:

People seem to disagree wildly about whether Pomme is strong or not. She may not have gotten any tournament data at Genesis 7 but I can work to address her perceived weaknesses such as being prone to juggling. I like the idea of a character having a defined weakness but these changes serve to tone down Pomme's weaknesses somewhat. She can now act a lot sooner out of landing with her Up Special and the slight increase of her Down Aerial hitbox will hopefully help as well.

On another subject, I've disliked the perception of some that float canceling is completely unnecessary in the presence of hitfall. I love the idea of Pomme being accessible to people less trained in float cancels but I'd like to encourage people to become more skilled in Pomme's specific float techniques. Neutral Air and Back Air now get 2 more frames of landing lag with hitfall. Hitfalling aerials remains an option but at the same time, incentive is given for avid players of Pomme to practice float canceling.

Lastly, the slow and lingering hitbox of Pomme's music note is a great tool for pressuring and controlling space when used in tandem with Pomme's regular attacks. Increasing the time that note is out by 20 frames should allow Pomme to even further take advantage of this.

- Decreased knockback adjustment from 1.15 to 1.1. Pomme will now survive somewhat longer in a fight.
- Lowered angles of sweetspot Forward Air and Forward Strong from 45 to 35. Lowered angles of sourspot Forward Air and Forward Strong from 55 to 50. These moves should now provide more horizontal kill potential as intended.

-Forward Special nerfed. Added 1 more animation frame of telegraphing during startup, which lasts for 4 additional in-game frames. The grab hitbox comes out 4 frames later as a result.
