Change XXXVIII.

-Removed the data that modified the naval transport speed on the campaign map, becuase this is no longer needed (CA reduced their speeds on their own now).

-Adjusted the seasonal effects in the WoS campaign so that Autumn, Spring, and Winter is now -20%, -40%, -60% respectively. This is a slight increase over my previous values because they were still not high enough of a penalty to hinder army activity in any meaningful way during the various non-summer seasons. Now winter is not only the worst season to fight a battle (due to low morale and low replacements), but it is also a season where not much will happen because armies move much slower. Armies of the period had little motivation to fight in the winter and moving barefoot through the snow is not easy.

-Adjusted the auto-resolve so that non-naval units (land units in transports) provide less damage effect on naval battles.

Change XXXVI.

-Edited the AI personalities of the WoS campaign factions. Now Sparta is more aggressive and militaristic, and Athens is more defensive, cautious, tries to preserve its forces and attempts to retake lost territories. Athens should also focus more on naval technologies as well, but attempt to build a balanced force.

-Minor correction to the WotS campaign winter season effect on army movement.

Change XXXIV.

-Made changes to the negative seasonal effects in the WoS campaign. The intent is to make more meaningful penalties for winter and spring, because originally these do not provide enough negative effects to discourage or hinder military campaigns. The army movement speed reduction has been increased for both seasons, and the army morale penalty for winter has doubled from 25% to 50% (because 25% was not substantial enough).

-Increased the positive morale bonus for summer effects in the WoS campaign from +15% to a meaningful +25%.

-Added the income data mentioned in Change XXXII (it was accidentally left out of the mod).

-Slightly altered the Defensive AI personality so that it should better defend sea regions and better take back lost territories.

-Added +1500 income for Athens in WoS campaign, which puts them higher than Corinth. It is felt that they need this added income since it is essentially "everyone vs. Athens".
