-Compatibility update for Wrath of Sparta expansion.

-Added a campaign cap for some elite WoS units.

Change XXVIII.

-Added a more restrictive unit cap for female units, simply because they should be limited due to their historical scarcity and to maintain some semblance of historical accuracy.

-Added a campaign cap for Roman gladiator units since these too were scarcely recruited by Romans in the abundance to fill entire armies.

Change XXVII.

-Reworked the AI personality priority system so that the spectrum is smaller, and thus the AI's actions are more abundant. There seemed to have been some manner of in-activity on the part of the AI before in the past update of this mod, but this has been corrected now.

-Added auxilia infantry back to the Auxilia III barracks in the Emperor Campaign.

Change XXV.

-Corrected the "Socii problem" where some changes made in this mod were lost in Patch 15 and 16. Specifically, in the Grand Campaign Socii can now be recruited by "main" or "aux" type barracks, and are available much sooner.
