Fix bug where the player could skip a fight if the evolve cards that give relics gave a bottle relic.

Nerf - Damage reduced from 5 to 4.

Mercy:
Nerf - Block reduced from 4 to 3.

Nerf - Debuff attack does 2 less damage.


Powers:

Lunacy:
Nerf - No longer redirects debuffs unless the enemy is using a debuff attack. In addition, both the damage and debuff from a debuff attack will now always be redirected to the same target instead of possibly being redirected to 2 different targets.

Cards:

Rusty Chest:
Buff - Gold reward increased from 250 to 300.

Tarnished Gold:
Buff - Gold reward increased from 150 to 200.

Infected Wound:
Rework - Effect changed to "While this card is in your hand, take 3 damage whenever you play an Attack."
This change affects Kokoro and Sharpion.

Nerf: The event can no longer select a Common card in exchange for the Occult Ball.
