-Added new UNSC and Covenant themed defenses and turrets.

-Updated Beam Rifle, Carbine, and Spartan Laser to fire an actual laser to their target, courtesy of OgsTools

-Projectiles fired from Covenant Weapons now emit light.

-Updated lighting for Energy Swords (still does not emit light while held.)

-UNSC weapons now all have varying degrees of armor penetration added to their projectiles.

-Added alternate firing modes to the Grenade Launcher and normal Plasma Pistol. Both now have the ability to fire and EMP projectile, courtesy of Vanilla Expanded Framework.

Known Issues: With the changes made to the Spartan Laser, it is now incredibly overpowered as it can be fired an unlimited number of times. This will change once I learn how to limit the number of times a weapon can be fired, so enjoy it while it lasts.
