[Wood Elves] Significantly dropped caps from Oak of Ages as it no longer requires scarce Amber to upgrade.

Update: 4 Dec, 2020 @ 6:13am

[New Patch] Updated to match the new patch, including the content update and balance changes.
[UI] Fixed a couple of minor string issues.
[High Elves] Accounted for the amalgamation of Hunters and Handmaiden buildings for factions not led by Alarielle.
[Skaven] Added support for new units, and (re-)balanced the Monsters line of buildings to account for the new units. This balance pass is provisional, and may be too generous. Constructive feedback is welcome.
[Wood Elves] Cap system given an initial rework pass. This is very rough, and will be refined as I have time to play a game using the new systems.

Update: 4 Sep, 2020 @ 12:50am

[UI] Fixed various string issues. Credits to LockTheReliquary and Garuk Seln for the reports.
[Dwarfs] Added base caps for tier 1 dwarfish infantry to make things more interesting when playing as/against factions with limited holidings. Tweaked the dwarf barracks cap while I was in the area.
[Greenskins] Added bonus caps when a Waaagh hits. Cunnin' ladz can actually use this opportunity to expand a little over their regular caps while the Waaagh lasts and retain the excess units after the Waaagh expires.Experimental feature added for Grom: Lord-based bonus caps. This is an intended future feature generally, but while I was doing everything else I ended up doing this too just to test it works. Some tweaks to unit caps.
[Lizardmen] Adjusted saurus building caps by reclassifying shieldless saurus as T2, and shielded saurus as T3. In the process, found some mistakes in the caps for the Portal of Quetzl, and fixed those. We shall see what effects this has on balance.
