-Added nine new policies
-Added a flavour event relating to the "Great Lode" copper mine in Wales
-Converted the English Civil War event chain into a disaster with some of new events
-Pillaging land & dismantling forts is now more expensive in terms of military power
-Prohibiting looting after a siege no longer applies any province modifiers or gives prestige
-Reworked a load of policies to make them all more equally useful
-Removed all leader shock/fire/maneuver/siege modifiers from policies to avoid stacking issues
-Core cost reduction provided by administrative ideas is now 20%, from 25%
-Land morale provided by defensive ideas is now 15%, from 10%
-Naval morale provided by naval ideas is now 15%, from 10%
-Infantry combat ability provided by quality ideas reduced to 10%, from 20%
