Change XIV.

-Adjusted battlefield terrain movement penalties so that restricted terrain will slow movement, and battlefield terrain becomes more important in the tactical equation. Note that this change was carried over from my "Volcano Battle Mod".

Update: 3 Aug, 2018 @ 3:02pm

Change XIII.

-Adjusted the base missile accuracy in light, medium and heavy fog, rain and snow conditions to be more realistic, based on the weather. Now heavy fog, rain and snow will reduce accuracy much more than light or medium fog, rain and snow. The intent is to make ranged combat suffer in accuracy based on the deteriorating weather conditions (rather than a standard penalty applied in cases).

Change XII.

-After extensive review, it was determined that the original modded to-hit values would be restored because it seems that my initial reaction that the increase in defense values made the battles too long now. That may still prove to be true, and I may go with the previous 15, 40, 3 to-hit values, but I figure that I should just restore the original values and, even though the battle times will be a little longer than the original mod allowed, this may actually turn out to be a good thing.

Change XI.

-Adjusted the base to-hit modifiers to 15, 40, 3 respectively. This is about 1.5x the previous old mod value before CA adjusted all the defense values of units to be higher. This new value is used because it was felt that 2x and 2.5x were causing battles to be over too soon, especially later in the game when all sorts of buffs and perks stack together.

Update: 22 Sep, 2014 @ 8:14pm

Change X.

-Adjusted the to-hit modifiers so that they are now just 2x the previous, rather than 2.5x (since it seemed that the latter was causing battles to be over too quickly).
