--Massive overhaul to Name List's entries for first and last name. It should make unique names more likely then a duplicate.
--Fixed bug in name list with accented characters not displaying properly.

I call it a bug but Name Lists only support ANSI characters so I had to convert accented characters to a readable format for display.

MANY last names were implemented and approx 40% more first names than the Sakura name list placeholders

Adjustments to fleet names, and army names are planned in the future and will be bundled with the adjustments to population species portraits.

Looking into an advisor voice, but the number of sound clips is quite large and isn't an easy to deploy feature. If this gets picked up it will be listed as an upcoming feature in a future update change note.

Additional Leader Names coming soon, possible changes to Army names as well.

I added a ton of planet names, one could say 1 for every city in Japan.

I feel like the mod is in a good spot, and updates are going to slow down drastically. Tweaks to name list and portraits are pretty minor and I will work on it slowly,
I do apologize to anyone who was angry with this frequency of release updates I was adding features, fixes, and additional options.

--Beta Name List added. Ships and Armies are done, and some Sakura Leader names are being used as a base. while I work to compile the name list for leaders I will be using.

Name Lists are terribly terrible. Already I need to overhaul it as... ship wise it is used for blueprint models and not like science ships etc that actually use them. As such I will be tossing together my favs from each catagory to give ~10ish options, I doubt you will have that many variants per ship type anyways.

Planet names are blank as I am still compiling a list of cities to use for planet names. This is more of a beta name list release, but I wanted to put something out after the stupid amounts of time I put into this text file that.. I will be extensively readjusting... sigh.

--Added randimization tag to yes ( very minor but a complete change from no)
--added localization for english that allows diplomatic reactions with the Neko species (insult, compliment, etc). Due to my lack of language diversity a watered down version will be made available to other languages in a future update. ( Mammalian base )
--The groundwork for the name list I am working on has been added (using Sakura from senbonzakura mod as a placeholder)

I spent the later half of an hour trying to figure out why my yml file wouldn't work before realizing I needed to encode it in UTF-8 BOM I will never recover that time back.... lol

I played around with a few portraits that may make their way to the pop category. They would be chibi variants of the Nekopara cast and I think the chibi for pops would be a cool effect.

My name list ( Not included and being worked on ) is using common Japanese Female names and Surnames, for Ships I am using WW2 ship names. I am also looking into using Japanese Cities for Planet names.

On the back end for me mostly... the first file I made was portraits and it had random tabs everywhere.... I have cleaned this up, for any who are looking to use it as reference or in their own mod.

--This update had a bug I caught almost immediately... as such the improved version will have what has been implemented.
--Bug: English localization settings turned all species names into Neko

Honestly I usually do better QA testing of my mod before a push out, I pasted contents and released it, which was stupid of me, but I then launched the game and saw Localization change on all species. Sorry about that, I doubt anyone got a bad version but if you did I am sorry and will QA test better in the future.
