-Adjusted name list to use MAM1 for Army names. Fixing the Sequential variable that would ruin all army names.

-Updated to re introduce the species classes removed in previous version.
-Cleaned up species classes file to not define variables that would be set to their default value

Small fixes in prep for the update coming to Paradox.

Still not fond that in order to resolve the species classes names, you must first select the Neko Names list, then species should then be the only randomized option. Just weird to hop to name list, before moving down the list when making a species. Maybe there is a way to trigger a pre selected default list to fix this. I will look into that.

Please report any issues with traits. I tested them by making regular plant empires and neko ones. and comparing them when the game started with pop costs and growth. I also turned the mod off and checked out the normal plants to verify the numbers. So far everything looks good. The modified scripted triggers should account for every situation but stellaris doesn't have the most consistent mod rules.

-Adjusted Localization for English to be compatible with Traits

Working on localization for traits for other languages and will upload in the future
Grabbing portraits from other mods and will make additional groups so the galaxy can be full of Neko Species
