FIXES:
- Grenade Bair and Ftilt Tipper explosion hitbox widened and moved slightly toward Nade
(This should fix situations where hitting the move in a specific way would make the opponent launch in the wrong direction)
- VFX moved to match grenade position during tippers
- Removed idle frames on multiple moves
- Removed duplicate sprite strips (should hopefully fix memory leaks)
- Fixed some miscolored pixels on idle
- Changed portrait to match colors of sprite

- Cooldown activated for 200 frames when trap is parried

Pistol Ftilt:
- First hit now command grabs opponent

Pistol Dattack:
- Increased size of hitbox 2 to more consistently link hits

Pistol Fair:
- Widened hitboxes by a fair amount to cover more of the inside of Nade, to help link hits more

Pistol Jab 3:
- Startup frames 10 -> 7

Pistol Uair:
- Removed upward boost

Pistol Taunt:
- Can now jump while taunting
- Can now run off ledges
- Move speed 1 -> 1.7

Grenade Fair:
- Widened hitbox of second hit to make sure it always connects
