Updated for 3.0 Dick. Minimal testing due to me being too busy plotting the destruction of the galaxy.

Added a tracker in the situation log that lists the number of planets you have sacrificed and how many the End has already consumed.

In an existing save, the event chain will appear the next time you sacrifice a planet. It should initially list your current remaining sacrifices as the total and the number of consumed sacrifices as 0.
