Patch Test 1.17

NSpecial:
- Reduced max bounce speed from 10 to 8
- Added a min bounce speed of 1
- Slightly increased vertical throw speed

FSpecial:
- Slightly increased grab range on walls

USpecial:

Misc:

Patch Test 1.15

Trying to get a tourney-ready patch, keeping the most impactful fixes while toning the frame data that has been feeling bad back up, so it can be dialed back down as needed

UAir:
- Landing lag reduced from 6->4 for ustrong combo
- Hit2 knockback scaling increased from 0.75->0.85

USpecial:
- Pratfall now only happens on the second whiff in a row, and much less height is gained on the second use

FSpecial:
- Upward angle now hits higher, and whiffs grounded opponents

Dspecial:
- First jump angle changed to match live build closer, but with reduced speed

Patch Test 1.14

USpecial:
- Now is faster and less lingering
- Grab window reduced from 14 frames to 7 frames
- Hitbox is now active along the whole tail during the grab
- Hitbox lifetime reduced from 11 frames to 5 frames
- Pratfall trigger time on whiff increased from 4 frames after whiff to 20 frames after whiff

Dilt:
- Endlag reduced from 8 to 6 on hit

UAir:
- Hitbox height slightly increased from 50->60

FSpecial/DSpecial/USpecial:
- Projectile grab radius increased from 35->50

DSpecial (ground):
- Slightly reduced height

Stats:
- Max air speed increased 4.5->5.0

Patch Test 1.13

NSpecial:
- Removed fireracker transcendence
- Fixed a bug where extra damage from regrabs stacked

USpecial:
- Projectile grab ranged reduced from 100 -> 35
- Added pratfall on whiff
- Cooldown on hit increased from 20 -> 30
- Cooldown now resets on hit and walljump

FSpecial:
- Projectile grab ranged reduced from 100 -> 35

DSpecial (air):
- Projectile grab ranged reduced from 100 -> 35

DSpecial (ground):
- Reduced distance and speed

Stats:
- Max air speed reduced 5.5 -> 4.5

Patch Test 1.12

Thanks to LessTime for reviewing the previous wave, changes are based on feedback given

NSpecial:
- z-drops vsp increased from -3 to -7 for easier midair grabs
- now starts bouncing in place on the first bounce instead of the second
- air friction and speed changed to compensate and acheive roughly the same distance

USpecial:
- No longer triggers pratfall on whiff
- Increased cooldown from 10 to 20
- Increased inverse disjoint on grab hitboxes
- Final grab hitbox now stays out for 8 frames instead of 4, making the move longer but more consistent
- pop-up hitbox height slightly increased
- pop-up hitbox horizontal range slightly lowered

Fspecial:
- Now easier to input angles

Bair:
- Landing lag reduced to 6 from 8

Fair:
- sweetspot bkb increased from 6 to 7

Uair:
- hit2 bkb increased from 6 to 7
- vsp increased from -2 to -5 ( compensating for new gravity )

Utilt:
- Can be help infinitely again
- Hitting players with the spin now keeps them trapped in the vortex for a bit longer
- Spin damage reduced from 2 to 1 to compensate
- Clap kick damage reduced from 5 to 3 to compensate

Fstrong:
- Added extended parry stun when parried
Done instead of removing the ending movement when parried, as has been suggested recently
- Split into 2 hitboxes, a strong and a weak
Strong hitbox was the old hitbox, and now lasts 2 frames instead of 4
Weak hitbox lasts 4 frames onwards, and is, you guessed it, weaker
- Strong hit damage increased from 9 to 11

UStrong:
- Knockback scaling increased from 1.08 to 1.1

Dstrong:
- Angle changed from 70 to 90

Dspecial (ground)
- Jump1 vertical speed increased from 11 to 12
- Jump2 vertical speed increased from 16 to 18

Misc:
- Gravity speed changed from .5 to .6
- Max_jump and jump_speed changed from 10.5 to 11.5
- Djump speed changed from 11.5 to 13.5

Patch Test 1.11

Pretty experemental, might not keep all of this but it's a good start

Nair:
- Landing lag increased from 2.2 to 4

Bair:
- Endlag increased from 11 to 15
- Landing lag increased from 6 to 8

Fair:
- Sweetspot bkb reduced from 8 to 6

Uair:
- Hitbox shurnk to cover less of Tenru's body
- Hit2 bkb reduced from 8 to 6
- Landing lag increased from 4 to 6

Dair:
- Endlag increased from 8 to 10
- Doesn't give jump back on hit anymore

Dtilt:
- Endlag increased from 4 to 8

Utilt:
- Removed bottom initial hitbox
- Can only loop the spin through 6 rotations before auto cancelling

UStrong:
- Hitbox sizes reduced
- Scaling reduced from 1.16 to 1.08

FStrong:
- Removed drifts during the move

Dspecial (ground):
- Reduced the distance of jump1
- Fixed a bug where sometimes the height from jump2 would be stored to the next jump1

DSpecial (air):
- Speed reduced from 18 to 16

NSpecial:
- Reduced lifetime from 400 to 200 frames
- Removed transcendence on grabs

USpecial:
- Now has pratfall if you don't grab anything (still no pratfall on firecracker, player or stage grabs)

FSpecial:
- Grab hitbox size significantly reduced

Misc:
- Wave land adj reduced from 1.45 to 1.35

Patch Test 1.9

Ftilt:
- Now sends you forward again

Nspecial:
- Explosion knockback increased from 2 to 4
- Cooldown increased from 45 frames to 60 frames
- Endlag increased from 12 to 16
- Angle changed from 90 to 100
- Angle flipper 3 added
- Time between explosions increased slightly
- Backspin and bunt now have unique sounds
- Firecrackers are now trancendant as soon as they're grabbed, rather than after they're thrown

Firecrackers are now much heavier, with more uses between charges. The slower explosion times and larger knockback
make ustrong confirms with higher charges potentially viable

They're much more commital now as well. The reward for landing them is potentially higher, but they can be used less.

- Bunting has been reworked into a slower normal throw

Not sure what to do with this really, and I think a good solution might be just making regrabs more accessable.
Bunting now puts the cracker at optimal grab range, but is slower that normal throws.

Dattack:
- Stops at ledge again

Never seemed useful over fstrong off ledge, but the lingering hitbox at the edge might be more useful

Fstrong:
- Off-ledge is smoother now, with less gravity and touched up animation

Dspecial:
- Harshness of alternate angles reduced
- Height of double-jump increased

Misc:
- You can wall cling now



Leaving Uair for now since it seems a bit controversial but it's on the list

Patch Test 1.8

USpecial:
- Slightly lowered opening hitboxes to that you can hit maypul from the gound if you land the pop up hitbox
- Cancel frame changed from 2->4

Updated munophone text to reflect the test changes
You can now hold taunt to scream during an attack instead of having to press it
