Changed the sub type to Deep Diver to better support it's intended role as a late game campaign sub.

Updated the Takari shuttle to have a small deconstructor and re-arranged the interior a bit.

Updated starter toolboxes to be starter tool belts

Motion doors will now only work for Humans that are not dead.

Added a top docking port to the Takari shuttle. It can now also be used as an escape shuttle so that the mission can still be completed by the surviving crew if the main sub is lost.

Also fixed issue with the Takari's window breach door not properly stopping flooding when it closed.
