BIG Rework/Update

I made a new mini sub for the forward docking port. The Takari replaces the Modified Gunboat to serve a similar purpose. It has high battery life and lots of supplies and storage space. It also has a stealth mode that can be activated. This will turn off all exterior lights, close the front viewport and throttle the engine so that it won't cause blips on passive sonar.

The new minisub now uses a vertical dock, which meant a rework of the forward interior of the sub. The position of the railgun periscopes, reactor, depth charge station, diving area, and extra ammo storage has been changed. The forward ballast and stowage has been replaced with a brig and security room.

The deathfield has been overhauled, it can now be toggled with a single button on the nav terminal and has had it's up-time shortened (can be extended by upgrading batteries). I have also added visual indicators to show that it is active, when turned on the rear hangers will have their lights replaced with red glows that indicate where the "danger zones" are.

The engine and reactor have been tweaked to be more reasonable for a sub of it's size.

Visually customized a lot of storage containers on the ship as well.

Updated to work with New Frontiers patch, and small quality of life improvements.

Streltsova Airlock pump will work while power is off. Only runs when airlock exterior door is closed, otherwise will not draw power.

Added automatic bilge pump to forward storage compartment.

Improved oxygen generator

Created a small space on the floor of the Minuete bay to allow exterior access to the artifact holder while the drone is docked.

Added automatic bilge pump to depth charge room.
