*Added additional setup options
1. Norwegians 8-good mountain tile special rules:Changes whether the mountain tile is shuffled in the mountain tile bag, always used in the last round or banned from play.

2. Number of starting occupation cards: Increases the number of starting occupation cards up to 9 per player.

3. Draft artisan sheds: Disables the artisan sheds from being auto dealt.

4. All islands: Makes all islands available regardless of number of players (with Norwegians enabled only)
