- added CalloutStationTruck script to initialize emergency call-outs
- restored the Delete button on vehicles (warning: might NOT reset stations in all cases, but should be safe to use when a truck is still arriving). Select the Engine Block below the truck skin - when this button is pressed, the deliveries/prisoners on a truck should be teleported back to the terminal and the truck gets removed from the map.

- fixed Chinook not sending prisoners to Reception while the Intake button was toggled to 'yes' on the helipad.

- Chinook emergencies will now only scan for/use Call-out helipads, no normal helipads anymore
