- Fixed issue where icons would not update when selecting a different district to build (when Vietnam/Kublai Khan mod was also enabled)
- The Industry and Corporation minibanners should appear when reloading a save game
- City Banners should no longer sometimes appear in random spots on the map when reloading a save game

- Wonder movies and audio now automatically disabled in Multiplayer games; they can be re-enabled in the CQUI settings.
- City Banners should appear in their proper locations on re-load of a savegame (note: banners were not always missing, but it happened on occasion for reasons unknown).

- Fixed issue where Religious units would not have proper background in the Units list of the City Production panel. (Meant to include this with the previous release!)

- Industry and Corporation banners should now show
- Hovering on a City Banner of another Civ will no longer show their next growth tile and won't make one of your own city tiles appear
- Show value in red text when not enough Faith available to purchase an item with Faith
- Red text when short on gold or faith is now slightly brighter

- CQUI CityBanner lua code no longer assumes the CQUI CityBanner XML is loaded: should result in less issues when other mods are present, if another mod takes priority over CQUI for CityBanners, then the CQUI-specific items will not appear in the City Banner.
- The "can't afford this" text color in the production panel is now a brighter red
- If the CQUI XML does not load for CityBanner or DiplomacyDealView (the trade screen), an error message (CQUI ERROR) should show in the Lua.log file stating as much.

Issues with DiplomacyDealView screen from the last two attempts at an update should be addressed.
- Looked like the issues reported with the last two attempts were a conflict with the Enhanced Diplomacy Ribbon mod, so I made changes to CQUI that allows EDR and CQUI to co-exist.
- Fixed issues where the Diplomatic Favor and Gold icons on the Diplomacy Deal View screen would sometimes have a "!" or be colored red or blue.

Trying again with the changes pushed on morning of Feb 6, after fixing issue that affected that release:
- Fixed issue where Diplomacy Deal View was not functional
- Fixed issue in Diplomacy Deal View where the Gold and/or Diplomatic Favor buttons would have text that was red or blue, or was improperly showing one of the "!" icons

Reverting to the January 28th version because of an issue with the trade screen that I did not see in local testing. Working to fix it.
