- Gossip dialog now matches the one found in the unmodified game
- Notification dialog is slightly larger, larger font than the one found in the unmodified game
- CQUI Hotkey Bindings issues fixed and simplified, shown in CQUI settings menu, set using the CQUI_Settings.xml.
- Resource icons now properly dim/hide (per setting selected) when a tile is worked and restore when improvement is removed
- Fixed occasional Housing calculations inconsistency between the banner and city panels (better, simplified code)
- Worked city tiles now appear when hovering on the City Name, not the entire banner
- Category collapsing buttons now work properly in the Diplomacy Deal View screen
- Other code cleanup that helps the mod remain functional whenever Firaxis updates the game

- CQUI_Settings_Local.sql can now live in the mod PARENT folder, which is hacky but will prevent it from being updated every time I push a new update (I will put up a post for this)
- Suzerain Civilization of City State will now appear in the City State City Banner (Configurable setting: enabled by default)
- Gold and Resource cost now shows as tooltip when hovering on unit upgrade button
- Auto-focus on Search box when Civilopedia (fix / functionality restored)
- Districts Available icon now can a CQUI configurable setting (enabled by default)
- Fixed issue with the Governor icon always showing on the City State info pages
- Great People progress for all civs remains showing when Recruit/Pass buttons are showing (fixed issue where the progress was hidden)
- Great People panel now renders correctly on screens 800 or 768 pixels tall
- Great People panel now correctly shows the "All Great Persons of this type have been earned" when that kind of GP can no longer be earned (Great Prophet, for example)

- Smartbanner District Icons show a tool tip listing the districts in that city, icons will bunch more tightly together when there are more districts in the city
- Fixed issue that caused a crash with Linux (unknown if Linux is fully functional as of yet)
- "Cede" and "Return" cities in Diplomacy Deal View now use unmodified strings, so these should show for all languages now. Visible change is that the entire city name is either green or red, along with "cede" and "return", respectively.
- Fixed text various text issues in Diplomacy Deal View tooltips for non-English languages, Modding.log file no longer shows errors with these text files during game load

- Full Tech/Civics tree will not open by default when selecting new Tech/Civic. This is because, with yesterday's upload...

SPECIFIC change from above summary: CQUI_Settings_Local no longer has CQUI_AlwaysOpenTechTrees set to 1 (sorry. I was researching another issue when I pushed the update yesterday, and that setting was still set).

- Should be functional with CIVITAS City-States Expanded, thanks to SeelingCat for also updating CIVITAS CS Expanded to make this work!
- Tooltip in List of CityStates will show Envoy Counts for all Civilizations that have sent at least 1 envoy to that CS. Tooltip is visible when hovering on the count of envoys sent.
- Note: The "Second Place Suzerain" will not be visible when using CIVITAS CS-Expanded, however the new tooltip will still function.

- Banner and City Production issues with Multiplayer games now fixed
- Turns until Border Growth now shows on City Banner in Rise and Fall and Gathering Storm games
- Added Smartbanner icon to show district(s) are available
- Removed obsolete items from the CQUI Options menu
- Updated the 512x512 CQUI Graphic to distinguish it from the previous version of CQUI

- Plot information tool tip now includes added Tourism value (if greater than 0)
- City Banner will now show original owner (if the City was captured or rebelled)
- CQUI_Settings_Local.sql should not be overwritten with this update
- City and Encampment Strike (Attack) buttons can now be relocated to the top of the banner.
(City Strike button defaults to the top, Encampment defaults to the standard location under the banner.)
(Added options to the CQUI City View Menu to control the button appearing on the below or above the banner.)
