VERSION 0.45

Galactic Focus Changes:
- General:
- If an empire borders the crisis, they are more likely to vote for the focus. (This is base game, but I've changed it to have more of an impact.)
- Xenophiles are more likely to vote for the focus.
- Philosopher Kings, Diplomatic Corps, and Rogue Servitors (civics) are more likely to vote for the focus.
- In general, at the beginning of a crisis, less empires are likely to vote for a crisis focus. As the crisis progresses, more empires will vote for the focus.
- Inward Perfectionists will NEVER vote for a crisis focus.
- Megacorps will vote based on if they profit from the crisis or not. In general:
Megacorp Civics That Don't Profit:
- Brand Loyalty
- Free Traders
- Franchising
- Trading Posts
Megacorp Civics That Do Profit:
- Naval Contractors
- Private Military Companies
- Criminal Heritage
- Prethoryn Scourge:
- Spiritualists are more likely to vote for the focus.
- Hive minds are more likely to vote for the focus.
- Empires at war are less likely to vote for the focus.
- Extradimensional Invaders:
- Egalitarians are more likely to vote for the focus.
- Pacifists are more likely to vote for the focus.
- Empires at war are less likely to vote for the focus.
- Contigency:
- Materialists are more likely to vote for the focus.
- Robotic empires are more likely to vote for the focus.
- Empires at war are less likely to vote for the focus.
- Great Khan:
- Reduced chance to vote due to being beside Great Khan, relative to the other crisis types.
- Decent chance to vote if empire borders a satrapy.
- Pacifists are more likely to vote for the focus.
- Authoritarians are less likely to vote for the focus.
- Beacon of Liberty civic increases likelihood to vote for the focus by a lot.
- Barbaric Despoilers and Feudal Society (civics) make empires very unlikely to vote for the focus.
- Nanites/Gray Goo:
- Materialists are more likely to vote for the focus.
Other Changes:
- Space Wildlife Conservation/Pest Control Acts: (such as tiyanki pest control)
- In general, made it so that materialists and megacorps (as well as materialistic civics) more likely to vote for pest control and less likely to vote for conversation.
- Ban Sentient Slave Trade (The one that bans robot slave trade, Organic is handled by a different resolution)
- Made the AI weight more detailed so that only materialists really care about passing this resolution, and only if they would frown on slavery in the first place.
- Made spiritualists dislike this resolution a lot more.
- Vice versa for the repeal.
Detailed Diplomacy Menu:
- Added an edict that brings up the Detailed Diplomacy menu. This menu currently allows you to disable all the custom resolutions in the mod so that you can keep the vanilla experience.
- Disabling the custom resolutions mid-game is fine. It will simply disable all currently passed custom resolutions and prevent you from passing them again.
- The Detailed Diplomacy menu is multiplayer compatible. Disabling and enabling the custom resolutions will affect all players.

Update: 17 Jul, 2020 @ 12:51am

- 'Bugfixing' that I realized five minutes later was being caused by Stellaris overwriting my files because I'm subscribed to my own mod. Thank you for the momentary stress, Paradox...

Update: 15 Jul, 2020 @ 10:26am

## VERSION 0.39 - ALPHA ##
- Another quick update for detailing some more of the AI weight. This is all in preparation to release a big update to AI weight.

Update: 15 Jul, 2020 @ 10:01am

## VERSION 0.38 - ALPHA ##
- Finishing up some detailing on the AI weight for the new education resolutions, making gestalts no longer like the resolutions, since it makes no sense to send drones to a galactic school. Slavers guilds and feudal societies dislike the resolutions now as well.

Update: 14 Jul, 2020 @ 9:33pm

## VERSION 0.35 - ALPHA ##
- Added a new set of resolutions based on galactic education, appealing to materialists and authoritarians at its later stages. Experiment with genetic experiments to bolster your students at a dark price. But, of course, it's a small price to pay for better leaders.
- Changed the law breach dealing with leader enhancement policy to the new education resolutions instead of the science one, since it makes more sense.
- Fiddled a tad bit more with AI weight. Hoping to make a big update on that next!

Fiddling with thumbnail. Steam absolutely hates me trying to put a thumbnail in.
