Added compatibility for the rest of Shawnmuscle's elven lords.

Reworked Doctrines; the stat boosts are (mostly) the same, but they now apply armywide instead of only to specific units. Upkeep reduction was removed for balance, they may need further nerfs/changes. I welcome feedback!

Ammo buffs, in both the redline and doctrine, improved from 15 to 20%.

Vigor loss reduction redline increased from 15 to 30%. Too much?

Factionwide income nerfed from 2/4/6% to 2/3/4%.

Did some backend changes for doctrines that SHOULD cover a few more edge cases, like flying cav, missile warmachines, and missile cav. SHOULDN'T have any negative issues on ongoing campaigns.

Bugfix so Gorbad Ironclaw from Parte's legendary lords should now properly receive all mod skills instead of just one.

Teeny update that adds Mistwalkers to the ROR skill. Why? Because Knights of Tor Gaval are fun. This adds parity with Skryre tech RoRs and (idk if working) TK crafted units that were already affected.
