Changed a value for the guardsman's melee weapons

-Fixed a fatal error with Shielded Missile Drones. Courtesy of Skritch for finding it.

-Added a proof of concept for mixed weapon squads. Look no further than the humble guardsman. Each squad now has a Sergeant armed with a chainsword and laspistol. Let me know if you like this method and i will fully implement the other units I've made using this idea.

Messed around with the Orks "formations" I've got some complaints due to the two file column so I'm trying to not make the orks line across the map but also look more mobby. This is the best I can do atm. That being said, I will rescale the game again to fit all models into a hex...expect really small units.

Finished the Tau and Nids cost rescale.

-Added the vehicle the ability to ignore damage when disengaging. That is how the tabletop does it, so along with that I'm trying to implement the draw back of having to snap fire shots when disengaging but it didnt work for some reason. expect this to come at a later date.

Fixed a bug where units with Fleet could "Disengage" melee with without disengaging.

Added custom unit icons for the Astra Militarum and Chaos Space Marines more to come.

No more random AI suicide. From the tests I used they sometimes properly disengage and run, can consolidate effectively, but may or may not engage in melee. Overall I'm happy with where that mechanic falls in the game.
