"Finished" The eldar. Got them some rudementary upgrades for unit sizes and gave them a few new toys.

I changed all ranges to be 6" per hex as per tabletop.

Added a "Fight Phase" mechanic allowing units to tie nearby ones into melee. This should help vs the longer ranges. Just get in close and they'll have to pay to run away from you.

Reworked the spawning system for neutrals. No longer should it crash because the new unit has nowhere to go because now the computer tells them to spawn rather than it being automatic.

Overall I put a lot into this update and am hoping it all works out.

I've done it! Nothing really big....

Eldar Update:
-Fixed unit sizes and costs.
-Added a few new units including jetbikes, swooping hawks, various forms of HQs, Dire Avengers, Warp Spiders, the like.

Also doing a test run with 6" hexes for range. I plan on adding a sprint ability to all infantry and vehicles as soon as I know how, and a new ability to tie people up in melee.
