* Added a civilopedia page that explains the adaptation mechanic and the details of each adaptation from within the game itself.

* Canada no longer receives any bonus for settling in Tundra. (The April 2021 buffed their Farms)
They will stil receive other adaptations.

* I've been getting inconcistent behavior with the disaster immunity, so I can only conclude that it's bugged. So for now, the script will not grant immunity against blizzards / dust storms / volcanoes.

* Fixed a bug where the notification icon was different each time.
