AI tinkerings:
- Buried Blast: 3cd -> 4cd
- increased desire for Buried Blast
- increased affinity for marked targets
- Buried Blast: slight affinity for lowest bleed resistant hero
- Subterran Skewer: affinity for high bleed resist (so he can lower it)

Subterranean Skewer: -15 ACC
HP bonus increased to 30%
