- Fixed an issue where certain values were set via an unexpected formula.
- Fixes an issue where regular pirates wouldn't send their normal messages when spawning in.
- Reduces the number of messages when new groups of them warp into the sector otherwise.
- Fixes an issue where it was theoretically possible for an unlimited number of pirates to spawn in.
