Add housing and amenity indicator when placing a Encampment and Entertainment complex district.

Remove base housing and amenity of Encampment and Entertainment complex district.

Reduce amenity from each level of Entertainment complex building. Specialist in Entertainment complex now +1 all non-food yields.

Reduce initial beliefs when founding a religion.

Increase religion spread efficiency.

Bugs fix:
Fix city states train too many units.
Fix the bug that player gets (+ # of difficulty level) free strategic resources when suzerain of a city state.
Fix text errors.

Increase SOOTHSAYER movement.

Longer duration of Storms.

Fix the bug that AI trains so many units that take up all tiles on the map.

Fix the bug that AI does not research Animal husbandry even in very late game.

Nerf Babylon, Sumeria, Mali.

Reduce game difficulty by removing AI % bonus of gold, faith, and production. Replaced with gold, faith, and production per citizen that increased with game era, just like science and culture.

Multiple bugs fixed.

Gold and Faith purchase rate bounces back to 3:1.

Unit counter combat bonus is reduced to 15.

Meteor shower now acts more like goody hut.

Reduce the hex of comet lake to 1. Remove +1 all types of yields for adjacent tiles. Double terrain yields instead. +1 all types of yields for itself. Allows citizen working on that tile.
