- Removed the 'is_adult = yes' section from the co_monarch trigger since in the vast majority of cases a co-monarch was selected when they were still a child

- Cleanup for my error log that removed around 6k 'errors'. Never affected the mod or gameplay but my error logs prettier now
- Normalized/rebalanced Holy Sites so some of the Holy Sites added from other mods are no longer extremely overpowered

- Finished up the ERE's noble families and some various bug fixes

- Bug fixes and set ERE noble families for up to 1204

- Fix for RICE crash that occurred in 1178
