-Accidentally broke changes to building income in last update. Fixed.

-Fixed a vanilla bug with hunting grounds, lv 1 was missing its levies.
-Changed back end to minimize mod changes. Should make it generally more compatible with other mods.

Initial upload.

-Increases to income values for buildings changed from additions to multiplications.
-City and Temple holdings now cost the same to build and upgrade as castle holdings.
-Royal forest now gains same boost to income on each level.
