Fix: MCM initialization should be fixed after removing invocation of the OnInit event.
- The OnInit event may have been overriding event logic in SKI_ConfigBase

Added update event every 60 seconds to set the player's immortality accordingly
- Allows handling changes in dragonsouls count

Added immersive messages to indicate when the mod is enabled/disabled
Added immersive messages to notify when immortality status changes

Fix: player revives correctly after losing a brawl
Fix: final player death no longer triggers bleedout

Added visual effect when reviving

Fix: Added check for player's health < 0 before reviving to prevent misfires
Fix: Preventing revival if the player is in killmove to prevent perminant visual bugs
Fix: Added check to prevent paralysis spell if player is not in combat to reduce FF
Fix: Set paralysis spell not hostile to prevent aggressive reaction to FF

Change: Reduced wait time to revive from 8 to 4 seconds
Change: Reduced duration of paralysis spell on revive to 1 second
