  • Fixed a values issue with the Gunnery Range still using antiquated "add" variables instead of "mult". Bonuses from the Gunnery Range should now apply appropriately and flow with vanilla.
  • Fixed a deprecated trigger issue with the Gunnery Range.

ADDITIONS
  • Added Winter Bonuses and Maluses to all Gunpowder based regiment types added by The Arquebus.
  • Added Full Support for Update 1.3 Corvus from Paradox.
CHANGES/FIXES
  • Fixed a value issue with Light Cavalry recruitment costs. Lowered the value from 95 base to 85 vanilla.

Patch Update - 'v1.7c'
SAVEGAME COMPATIBLE

ADDITIONS
  • Added some more cultural groups and specific cultures to the AI Weight Value for the Arquebusier type.
CHANGES/FIXES
  • Modified the DDS format for the regimenttype icons from DXT5 to Linear ARGB, this should now allow the game to display highlighted counter colors during combat.

Patch Update - 'v1.7b'

ADDITIONS
  • Added missing localization for the Seeking Gunpowder event chain. This finalizes the localization!
CHANGES/FIXES
  • Modified the required year for the Handgonne innovation from 1265 to 1250.
  • Modified the required year for the Arquebus innovation from 1335 to 1325.
  • Modified various timed triggers for the Seeking Gunpowder event chain. The overall length of the event chain has increased from 1-2 years to 2-3 years.

ADDITIONS
  • None this time!
CHANGES/FIXES
  • Modified the Hussite Handgunner MAA and Inno into the Baltic Handgunner. (Hussites were a special religious group, may add this in as a unique type later on)
  • Modified the Gunnery Range building chain to now only require the base technology. (No need for culturals anymore)
  • Localization updates to the various cultural GP MAA innovations. Janissary Innovation is now called Janissaries.
  • Fixed AI Weight Value to now include the Baltic Handgunner innovation.

Minor Update - 'v1.7'

ADDITIONS
  • Added Full Korean translation. (Thanks Cats Are Fluid!)
  • Added unique AI Weight Values to the Gunpowder MAA introduced in this mod, including their respective cultural equivalents. This will help balance out the way the AI interacts with this specific type in any game mode.
CHANGES/FIXES
  • Balancing pass on all Cultural Arquebusier type Men-at-Arms to make them more realistic and appropriate. This includes removing extra/excessive terrain bonuses and buffing/penalizing certain MAAs.
  • Modified the way Gunpowder Innovations now appear in game. All Cultures can now take the Arquebus Innovation and Cultures that have their own unique version can then choose to research it afterwards. The AI will now only choose the cultural equivalents once researched as well.
  • Modified the included ReadMe to include recent contributions from various people.
  • Fixed the Gunnery Range, it should now always appear as a construction in the Holding Menu, but until you meet the requirements you cannot build it.

Minor Update - 'v1.6'
MAY REQUIRE NEW SAVE

Lack of Innovation Hotloading means the Black Riders & Pishchal won't be visible until a new game is started. Current saves also may see doubled up innovations due to this issue.


ADDITIONS
  • Added two new cultural Men-at-Arms: the Pishchal'niki from Russia and the Germanic Black Riders (Schwarze Reiter), as recruitable regiments for their respective cultures. This also includes their unique innovations as well.
  • Added Regiment Counters to the Light Footmen & Light Cavalry MAA, including their respective cultural equivalents, and to certain Cultural MAAs from the vanilla version of the game.
