-Actually fixed the Tuarus Transport jumping away on spawn.

-More Consolidation.

-Misc changes.

- Nerfed tier 3 spawngroups block damage modifiers from 80% to 95%.

- Increased the time between recon/recon underground scanner spawns.

- Other changes.

Just nerfs to ACIM all round really.

Likely to update a few more times in the next few days. Best to delete and redownload the mod everytime I do as annoying as that is. 2283775819

- Placed a few more consolidation armament weapons about.

-Stretched threat spawn conditions a bit. You'll get the smaller spawngroups earlier/longer on in the game but post 3000 they max out.

-ACIM is no longer an unknown faction at the start of the game. You can declare war immediately if you want.

-Other changes.

-Begun integrating Consolidation Armament 1 and 2 into ACI Rival. It is balanced well much like Northwind and fills some gaps that Northwind has. It is now also a requirement. Apologies for the increased amount of required items but there isn't really a pack that does it all I can use. I was using Aryx for a while but my lord the balance.

Might drop Mexpex homing missiles but that compact m-2 destroyer keeps me holding on.

- Fixed other issues.
