-Okay. For the fourth or fifth time now I am 90% sure spawns are fixed now. Jesus Christ I put too many moving parts into this mod.

If anyone actually reads these just keep in mind that spawns do not start until 150 threat on both planets and in space.

-ACIM now has a passive IP and SIP generator alongside the regular generators. Think of this as them building resources in the background somewhere you can't see. This scales with the amount of players in game and the passive generation maxes out at 20 IP/SIP, which is enough to spawn one PKA group.

-Now instead of only attack groups needing ip/sip to spawn most things now have that requirement. ACIM resources are not consumed on spawn but only if grids are destroyed.

-Other misc changes.

Until I have the ability to force spawngroups into the world the spawn rates will be relative to whatever mods you are using alongside this one. Just a reminder that this mod covers only environments similar to earth and space so filling the empty spots is still recommended.

-A few spawns were disabled in a recent overhaul, accidentally. You should see more life from ACIM now.
