Been a little while but I am back working on the mod. Player known areas are working now. Thank God.
-Made some changes to recon craft and their player known area settings.

-Added staging points as boss encounter spawns. The first one starts at 500 threat. These are not really boss encounters though, actual boss encounters will be added in future. It merely uses the spawning system. Things can get out of hand there if you are not careful. These staging points are more or less optional encounters that when destroyed will decrease the amount of enemy resources available. For example the first staging point that spawns at 500 threat is worth 10IP if destroyed. Destroying these can be a good way of keeping the enemy away from your base. Fight them over there so you don't need to fight them at home.
-Behaviour edits etc.
-Any grid that calls for reinforcements can now have that ability removed by destroying its antennas. This will give you a notification if you manage to do this.

-Added a couple more levels to player known area spawn groups.

-Added the Shadow Alpha Stealth Cruiser. A long range Torpedo bomber variant spawned from a recon probe. This spawn costs 5 IP to spawn and generates IP for ACIM at tier 1 (1 IP every 5 minutes). Appears after 1000 player threat.
-Ships in formation now assist each other. Most commonly seen as fighters assisting their wing lead from fighters to gunships. Lots of copy and pasting. Geez.

-Added the recon probe tier 1 and 2 to space spawns. This probe is dropped by tier 2 recon craft as they fly past. This probe generates intelligence points for the faction. Tier 2 also functions as a targeting interface for long range bombers.
-Added the Taurus transport to space random encounters. Destroying the remote block on this will take 5 IP away from ACIM.
-Added a static rocket launcher variant of the Sentry-PD, the Sentry-RPD, to space player known encounter spawns.
-Finished calculating threat levels for various spawns. Will most likely need work depending on player feedback.

-Added another grid but I forgot what it was. >.<
-Added in the resource generation system required for player known area spawns. Groups spawned within these areas will subtract the resource from the factions resource pool.
-More behaviour edits/Deleting useless things.
-Added a recon trigger for those who build underground. Building underground is generally safer but now a recon vessel can scan for grids below the surface if the faction has enough resource points. This event involves the enemy surrounding the underground target with vehicles, ready to call in support if they need too.
-Messed with threat levels for spawns again. Most spawns use their real threat to calculate when they will spawn. Player known area spawns are 10% more threatening than their threat spawn level. Player known area spawns are intentionally more powerful than other spawn types. Still need to mess with this.

-Added the Javelin Carrier fighter support variant to early-mid game space strike force spawns.
-Added the F-10A Hunter and the F-10MA Hunter variant to early-mid game planetary strike force spawns.
-Messed with some more targeting data. Got rid of some redundant ones.
-Expanded the amount of encounter variations through planetary/space strike force and player known encounter spawns. The degree of enemy threat during fleet/squadron encounters has been broadened. More broadening shall happen in future.
-More useless things gone.
