* Menus are now assigned permanent ID number.
- To avoid ID changing when new Menus are assigned
- Program will avoid duplicates

* Menus are now linked directly to LCD blocks and not controllers.
- LCD blocks (and other blocks with LCD screens) can be tagged to add a Menu.
- If tagged block has no screens, Menu will not be added.
