- Frost Captains no longer explode on death.

- Frost Technicians (M2 and M3) have been added to the XComDisableAliens.ini file in the Frost Legion configs to prevent them from spawning. Currently, there is a crash bug that happens if one of them appears as reinforcements, and I don't have a better fix available right now.

- Frost Bombers can no longer take High Priority Shots, so hopefully they'll focus on taking the most likely to hit shot instead.
