• Elemental buffs only affect the full charge hitbox now
• Barge Meter doesn’t reset from getting hit unless the meter is fully charged (if this ends up being a problem, I’ll revert this change)

DSPECIAL:
+ Temporarily increases Air Accel from 0.28 -> 0.32
+ Temporarily increases NSPECIAL’s HSPEED from 5 -> 8.5
• FSTRONG, DSTRONG, USTRONG, FTILT and FSPECIAL are the only moves where their KBS are temporarily buffed during the buff status period (with the exception of rune-related stuff). And like before, once they hit an opponent, the buff status goes away immediately.
