Tournament Anglara v1.21

Special thanks to Sparx for supplying fundamental fixes to all the numbers I've been having trouble with.
For the first time, Anglara really feels 'correct'. Many of these changes help her fit much more alongside base cast standard. No funny notes from me today, notes below are pretty much the changes communicated in detail, and going forward changes provided by me will try to be in this format.

GENERAL
- Hitpause, whifflag, and late frame hitbox fixes across the entire moveset.
- Removed jump cancel window on starting frames of barrier break. Not necessary. Keep focus on jump canceling from hitting with fspecial.
- Slightly changed portraits. These portraits lose the gills, tooth, and nostrils to keep the look consistent with what you see in game.
- Added more hurt animations, bighurt, up hurt, and down hurt.

- Normal hitbox size increased
- Spike hitbox lowered slightly

"Anglara Hotfix" v1.20

- Dstrong should hit like intended
- You can now freely cancel into uspecial as soon as you break lantern barrier, good for those moments when trying to catch the opponent under a platform. Remember that B reversing this move changes the knockback direction. Its lowkey sick now ngl
- Strongs buffed again.
- Immediately Breaking barrier allows you to jump cancel. Do this if you have troubles with commitment smh
- Chad win

"Anglara no longer bullet hell" v1.18

- Cooldown for Nspecial is back lmao.
- Buffed strongs again
- Fixed whifflag on tilts
- Bair and Fair buffed
- Dspecial jump cancel is gone (RIP)
- Ftilt no longer has 1x size hurtbox
- Chad alt is still brand spanking new

"Anglara gets buffed" v1.17

Now that Anglara is a bit settled, I've taken the time to apply some feedback regarding Anglara's power and usage.

- Jump canceling moved from Nspecial to Dspecial starting frames
- Dstrong and Fstrong slightly buffed
- Uair and Bair slightly buffed
- Dspecial and Nspecial startup reduced
- Normal Uspecial endlag reduced
- Nspecial Supercharged bolt knockback reduced drastically
- Valkyrie cosplay rotated out
- Added Chad cosplay

v1.15
- Lots of data changes across the board to normalize her DMG/BKB/BKS based on feedback.
- Cleaned up animations or added completely new ones to improve presentation
- Normalized her base data to be more similar to base cast of her weight.
- New Dstrong is a hurricane kick that can hit 3 times.
- New Dattack is similar to the old Dstrong, a sliding kick that pops the opponent up.
- Bair reworked to avoid feels bad edge guarding.
- Fspecial can now be jump canceled on hit. This can be followed by air moves or Ustrong. Ustrong cancel may be too strong/viable, i would like some input on this if it is.
- Fspecial breaking barrier will now go into a special version of Uspecial if the special button is pressed on hit. This Uspecial has the old angle.
- Normal Uspecial now has angle 90.
- Starting frames of Nspecial can be jump canceled.
- Barrier had some weird interactions, reworked some angles/lockout/knockback to make it feel a little better.
