400mm, Reduced overall damage of cluster round and number of submunitions bringing its DPS more inline with the other rounds.
400mm ROF increased from 6 to 8 RPM. Adjusted damage of HE and AP shells to bring them more inline with the DPS of other weapons, general buffs.
more adjustments to flak timing... again.
reduced none flak shell damage vs projectiles.
added small amount of force to HE shrapnel.
New experimental HE damage model for the 203mm Howitzer shells, more RNG and a small chance for spall damage to happen inside ships hit with them. if this works out the effect will be added to other HE shells.

Reworked Damage model on most larger weapons.
Railguns heat cycle is now a bit faster and more of a rapid burst.
AP rounds on conventional cannons are now APHE, the 300mm can over pen on light armor targets and not go off.
All shrapnel now uses beams.
Railgun damage restored to what it is in the main mod, the 250mm will once again pen 2 blocks of heavy armor before shrapnel.
Railguns have a new mechanic, at very short range they will do bonus shield damage in the form of energy damage caused by the plasma around the shot at close range (the lightning effect) the damage falloff on this effect is very high so the closer you are the more damage it will do.

Fixed a few minor model issues on the 300mm turret with the LOD/low quality model.
Adjusted 300mm guided round tracking.
Removed spall effect from 100mm and 203mm HE as it was a little bit OP, will look at this again later when I find a better way to limit it.
New explosion particle effects.

Added 300mm Conventional turret. Has 3 ammo options, AP that is similar in damage too the 150mm railgun, HE ammo, and Smart HE ammo. Both types of HE ammo can be shot down, the smart HE ammo does about 30% less damage then the standard and is easier to shoot down.

Fixed HE ammo being set as kinetic instead of energy, all HE ammo is now energy.
Adjusted HE ammo shield modifier to better fit the recent changes to the Defense Shields mod, will do a bit less damage to shields but still very good.

Fixed incorrect Heat settings on 150mm railgun and slightly reduced cooldown for all railgun turrets.

Adjusted Discoball heat, it will not overheat a little bit fast (was not overheating in combat at all)

There will be another patch before the next tournament, the guided ammo for the 300mm will need further dialing in and is probably tracking too well right now, I need test data on this so please let me know your thoughts on it.
