Updated points costs.
Increased large weapon projectile range too 8km, AI range unchanged. this effects all weapons 75mm and higher. Flak fused shells still have the same range but HE shells have the new range. This is mostly ment to improve visuals. While people might be able to get lucky snipes using manual control at these longer ranges that will for the most part be easy to dodge.
Discoball Laser updated to compensate for a fix in WC, overall performance should be unchanged from how it was before this fix.

Decreased heat loss on 75mm and 150mm railgun turrets to match 250mm railguns.
Improved CRAM ammo explosion effects, looks better and less performance impact.
Adjusted CIWS based on recent PD changes in WC to get it back to its former effectiveness.
Adjusted flak shell timings and HHM to better take advantage of the fix in WC to AOE vs projectiles, Flak can now be used a bit more effectively vs missiles.
Increased 100mm shell velocity to 700m/s
added "scopes" to the 203mm and 100mm turret (this is an internal WC thing and nothing to do with the aiming camera) should slightly improve accuracy and make it less likely for the guns to shoot there own grid.
