Fixed missing trait icons

-Fixed a crash bug caused by an orphaned event. Should be completely obliterated from the files for now, but at some point I'd like to bring back trait events so that Monstrous is a bit more interesting

-Amended trait names in the code for better mod compatibility

-Fixed a bug caused by a daft typo: Syncretic Evolution/Manufactured Species pops should be correctly locked out of some traits now.

-Reworked Hedonistic as a negative trait, serving as a more severe version of Decadent

-Adjusted trait costs, reducing the value of the Chaotic, Unscientific and Profligate traits

-Tweaked the penalties for the neutral traits so that they're more distinct
