Imperials now are 10% better at combat and magic skills rather than skill increase. After playing them for awhile I got to the point where the 10% increase in skill wasn't good for NPCs. So I instead made the Imperials do 10% more damage in weapons, 10% better smithing, 10% magnitude toward spells, and made them 15% better with heavy armor. I hope this makes Imperials a little more balanced toward NPCs.

-Forgot to change the Redguards Talented Warrior description to read 25% rather than 15%. Quick fix.

-Redguards now do 25% more damage with unarmed, one-handed, and two-handed from the 15% that was there. Redguards are suppose to be better at weapons than that of any other race.

Dunmer's Shadowed Path now lets the player increase stealth skills 10% faster.

-Added more to the Races' Menu descriptions to fit the mod better.

-Gave the Altmers weakness to magic back, found out resently that resist magic doesn't apply to the elements and is it's own thing.
-Changed some of the special abilities around to make more room for readable descriptions for the Redguards.
-Ra'Gada Spirit now resists all forms of magic; fire, frost, magic, and shock.

-Changed "Breton Magical Abilities" to "Magical Affinity"
-Changed "Nord Abilities" to "Diligent and Combative" and added to the description
-Changed "Nord Skill" to "Nord Warrior"
